1. Initial screening interview with the recruiter, Jon Ireland: An informal conversation about my experience and potential roles suitable for me to apply for.

2. Hiring Manager interview: A 60-minute interview focused on discussing my experience and motivations, as well as providing further information and context about the role and team.

3. Panel Interview: A 60-minute interview with a panel of four employees, including the hiring manager. I delivered a 60-second elevator pitch imagining I'd got the job, followed by a 20-minute presentation on a past project I had delivered, and then Q&A. Finally, there was an opportunity for me to ask questions.

4. Short interview with Salesforce VP: A relatively informal validation prior to the offer being made.

Multiple competency-based questions focused on my experience, motivation for the role, and working for Salesforce.
