Platform Specialist Scout Interview Experience - Bloomington, Indiana
Process
I had the interview in February 2018. The process took 3 weeks.
1st Interview: Tech Recruiter - 30 minutes - General behavioral questions.
2nd Interview: Lead Solutions Engineer - 30 minutes - Questions on resume and general questions that test your technical knowledge.
3rd Interview: Senior SE - 30 minutes - Basic tech questions again (especially about keywords mentioned on your resume).
4th and 5th Interview: Director - Coach you for the final demo. Make sure you note down everything they ask you to include in your final presentation. They also check if you incorporate the feedback into your final demo.
6th Interview: Panel - Final demo. Presentation and product demo.
All of the above were either phone calls or virtual interviews.
