Process
I had an initial phone conversation with the hiring manager about my fit and interest in the position. This was followed by a technical phone screen.
After that, I was invited onsite for five rounds of one-on-one interviews. The team did not extend an offer.
The recruiter then arranged another interview with a different team. I went through the same process again (except for the technical phone screen), and this time I received an offer.
