- Phone screen with technical staff member - asked general tech questions around Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Remote programming test - write Java code to solve an actual problem within approximately a 3-hour window.
- Virtual chat with hiring manager (nothing technical, just talked about the job, etc.).
- Onsite interviews - 4 rounds - technical/behavioral.

Java-related pseudocode-type question: Whiteboarding about iterating through data structures in JavaScript, efficiencies around that, and test cases.

Pros: One of the few companies where the upper management really shows that they are thinking about and want to see their employees succeed. One of the very best companies I have ever worked for.
Cons: IT development can be disorganized at times.
Focusing was very difficult.
No clear direction was provided by IT management.
It was really difficult to move from "IT" to "R&D".
R&D in general has a very arrogant, superiority complex. It feels like most in R&D tell themselves that "no one can do what they are doing." That is not always the case!

Pros: Great company, nice people, good pay.
Cons: The on-boarding process is not what they believe it is. You are responsible for doing your job, but you have no authority to get it done. If you have a good job, keep it. I left a very good job to work at Salesforce (Demandware), and it was a mistake. I stayed 2 months.
