The interview process included:

• Interview with HR
• Interview with the team manager
• A light technical interview with two software engineers.
• A three-hour technical interview with another two software engineers.

I had been in this process for over a month. Between the last interview and the final decision, they took almost three weeks to respond, even though the HR person sent me a couple of emails saying that "we will respond soon" or something similar. In the end, they decided not to move forward with my application.

Kind of a dumb exercise, making a little API in about 3 hours, even though I didn't know Ruby and said so a couple of times.
