Pros: Very good benefits, competitive salary, good co-workers, and good priority on giving back.

Cons: Management out of touch, insane corporate culture, non-existent career development, major layoffs.

Pros: Get to have customer impact. Pay and benefits are competitive for the city. Some teams have exposure to new tech stacks.

Cons: Some teams' tech stacks are stuck in the 2000s. Sometimes people do things with inertia and use new tech with old thinking. It can be really frustrating at times.

Pros: Great training programs and tools for learning, with very good perks. Some very cool activities like Hack days and volunteering activities.

Cons: The technology stack used for development is old in many of the projects. Most of the work is about maintaining and patching legacy monolithic apps. Policies are sometimes hard to find and understand. Make sure that you understand the policies when you enter this company. This includes schedules, flexibility, and WFH. If you are on a work visa and want to start a PERM process, make sure your type of visa is compatible with their policies for that concern. Also, make sure that you have good communication with your manager, as different managers seem to understand the company's philosophy, values, and policies in a different way.
