I was referred by a former colleague. The whole process was as smooth as it possibly could be. The Technical Recruiter was there for me throughout the entire process, and interviews were set up to accommodate my schedule. I received a list of people whom I would be talking to, along with interview dates, well in advance, so I had enough time to prepare and learn a bit more about my future interviewees.

As for the actual process, I'd say it was pretty standard and straightforward. It started with a Technical Recruiter/Hiring Manager call, followed by an interview loop with a number of people, each of whom focused on specific aspects. I got to talk to the Product Head, Engineering Manager, Directors of Engineering, as well as PMTS and MTS.

Questions focused on leadership style, conflict resolution, team building, and system design.

Discussions also covered successful and unsuccessful examples of driving technical innovation, managing projects, or managing individuals within the team.
