I spoke on the phone and via email with a Salesforce recruiter. The interview was quickly set up due to incoming holidays. I agreed to interview Friday, and the interview loop was set up for Tuesday. The interview started at noon and ended at 3:30 PM.

First interview at noon: With a Senior Manager, I had a nice coding question dealing with data structures and performance considerations. There were also behavioral questions about previous management experience dealing with low performers.

Second interview at 1 PM: With another Senior Manager, questions focused on live site experience. I went over a live site experience I had just the week before.

Third interview at 2 PM: With a Senior PM Director, behavioral questions focused on management style.

Fourth interviewer at 3 PM: With a VP, there were no specific questions for me, so I asked questions. He did ask a few questions after some of mine, but it was more of a dialogue.

All interviewers were great at answering questions, and I had a lot! I feel my questions effectively answered most of their questions. It was a great group of people that I would love to work with.
