Process
The interview process consisted of:
- A phone interview with the recruiter.
- A video interview with a peer and the hiring manager.
- A physical panel interview.
The interviews were conducted professionally and agreeably. My own questions were encouraged and answered. The technical interviews, in particular, concluded as deep technical discussions between peer experts. Overall, it was a very positive experience, which contributed to my decision to accept the offer.
