Great company with amazing people and a very positive work culture
Software Development Intern • Former Employee
August 20, 2014
Pros: One of the biggest pros going for Salesforce is the culture. It has a positive energy, and the employees are treated well. The company offers very competitive salaries and perks, and employees are genuinely encouraged to participate in the community. There are also lots of opportunities for advancement.
Cons: Despite a great development environment, decision-making seems too vertical. Part of that is just the nature of an enterprise company, but the lack of organizational flexibility can be discouraging to engineers.
