Process
The process began with a slew of video conference interviews, including a technical aptitude test. After this phase, candidates were invited on-site for an interview panel. My experience included a three-hour session with a series of 30-minute interviews, featuring a new interviewer each round. Following the panel, a call was scheduled with the recruiting manager. Throughout the entire process, an overwhelming sense of 'ohana' exuded from each individual I spoke with.
