Pros: - Culture: Despite working in a big corporate company, you feel like working in a startup company in a good way. Your team really feels like an Ohana (family), at least it did for me. No Meeting Thursday lets you focus on your work either at home, a cafe, or in the office without any meetings. - Work/Life balance: You will have time for you and your family. - Flexible work: As long as you get your work done, no one cares what time you get to work, what time you leave, or where you work. - Great mentor and a real meaningful project that allows an intern to experience working from the beginning to the end.

Cons: For an internship, I cannot ask for any better. Lunch is not officially provided, although you can get it via Free Lunch Group that shares leftover catering food.

Pros: A very cohesive work culture for beginners.

Cons: Management issues with team during layoff season

Pros: - Inspiring leadership team - Impactful work - Awesome culture where you can nourish and grow professionally and personally

Cons: Nothing I can think of!
