Pros
  • Culture: Despite working in a big corporate company, you feel like working in a startup company in a good way. Your team really feels like an Ohana (family), at least it did for me. No Meeting Thursday lets you focus on your work either at home, a cafe, or in the office without any meetings.

  • Work/Life balance: You will have time for you and your family.

  • Flexible work: As long as you get your work done, no one cares what time you get to work, what time you leave, or where you work.

  • Great mentor and a real meaningful project that allows an intern to experience working from the beginning to the end.

Cons

For an internship, I cannot ask for any better.

Lunch is not officially provided, although you can get it via Free Lunch Group that shares leftover catering food.

Advice to Management

I do not have much to say about management because it was only a 4-month internship.
