Process
The Salesforce interview process was excellent. Once my recruiter set up the process, things moved smoothly. The interview was in Indy. The team was amazing. In fact, the team interaction during the interview was the biggest selling point for me.
During the interview process, both the recruiter (Hemanti) and coordinator (Carolyn) did an excellent job preparing me for the interviews and then updating me on progress. It was an awesome experience.
Questions
I think the interview questions were well suited for the level. I met many senior folks who knew what they were doing and knew how to ask questions and get the correct flags from the interviewee. It was a great interview. I enjoyed it.

I often end up working on the "wellness Fridays" because I don't feel like I have the time to take it off, and often work a few hours on PTO days. Re-orgs every 6-12 months make things unstable. Random hiring freezes. If your boss is unreasonable, you will quickly get burnt out. Very overtly left-leaning workplace, which can be really toxic and draining. Can get the impression they hire/promote based on race/gender, which can be discouraging if you are not of the preferred race/gender.
