Pros: Great pay, enjoyable coworkers, flexible work schedule, partial work-from-home ability.

Cons: Repeatedly cutting back perks (breakfasts, lunches, team outings, massage therapist). Not agile software delivery (three hard deadline releases per year). Very limited travel, even with valid reasons. Attempting to corporatize/homogenize everything in the office (bland white walls, very stock image-type 'culture galleries', nothing can be customized to the city the office is in). Work is becoming more high-stress with arbitrary limitations on how you can perform your job. Many layers of research are required before being able to implement changes due to the overly complex/legacy nature of the software monolith.

Pros: - Support from leadership on individual developments. - Dedicated support, follow-ups, and actions on individuals' career growth. - Salary standards, free meals.

Cons: Still needs improvement on work-life balance, especially for those who work with multiple time zones.

Pros: Salary Benefits Remote work available

Cons: Too many changes. I have been here for 4 years and have been on 4 different teams and have had three different positions. Directors and managers can easily badmouth you and ruin your reputation, which will make it hard to move to another area. No accountability. Ohana is more important than quality and customer success.
