Software Engineering Manager Interview Experience - Hyderābād, Telangana
Process
The process started with HR calling to brief me about the position and schedule a video call interview with the hiring manager in India. Following that, there were a couple of onsite rounds conducted via video calls.
Once I was deemed suitable, I was called in for in-house rounds of interviews with the Senior Director and then the VP of the organization.
Each round was scheduled well in advance, and everyone adhered to the scheduled times to make a decision regarding the outcome of the interview.
Overall, it was a very positive interview experience, with the recruiting HR being extremely prompt in their responses over phone, SMS, or email. Throughout the process, a lot of positivity and transparency was maintained.
