The recruiter was superb, possessing good knowledge about the team and the opportunity.

The hiring manager conducted the initial screening and was very thorough in discussing various relevant experiences from my past jobs. We discussed technical, people-oriented, and situational experiences in great detail.

This was followed by rigorous interactions with other stakeholders I would be collaborating with: software engineers, Product Managers, and peer Engineering Managers.

I appreciated that the process also provided a good insight into what the job would entail.

All the interviewers were cordial and focused on assessment areas related to their core responsibilities. I had very engaging discussions with each of them.

The recruiter was highly responsive and maintained contact throughout all stages of the process.

Finally, there was an interview with the VP, who had built the organization. They demonstrated a keen eye for technical and managerial details and articulated a clear vision for the team.

I would have preferred this process to conclude sooner.
