Process
Had a video technical interview, where the panel had turned off the camera but expected me to turn it on. Very unprofessional panelists. One of the panelists joined 15-20 mins after the other and repeated the same set of questions. For one question, both panelists were contradicting each other. When I stated this to HR, she started giving lame excuses, like the panelists must be facing network issues. Very happy that I didn't end up in such a company.
