Good employee benefits Good company culture Nice office space
The demo engineering team is not a place to waste your career if you want to grow in a technical line. Managers ask for feedback once in a while but get really pissed off if they don’t like it.
Recently, after a decade, they realized that they need to provide some flexibility to the employees.
Many internal complaints were raised against the micromanagement, but nothing really happened.
There are two managers in the team when there is not even two hours of work in a day for even one manager. This leads to a lot of micromanagement as they do not have work to keep them busy.
Managers in the team do not respect individual time. They force meetings that don't even make sense for most of the team.
Communication classes that were conducted internally were a waste of time, money, and resources for the company. The external instructor, being a friend of the manager, used to discuss individual goals and attend performance review meetings. He knew more about the team than the team knew (who resigned, who is getting a promotion, etc.). Seriously, no respect for ethics.
Do not trust hearsay, but work on internal complaints and internal survey results.
Conduct secret one-on-one meetings with individuals in the team to understand their issues.
Do not include the India HR team in any feedback discussions.
Check how many employees left in the last 2-3 years, and you will understand that there is a problem.
Questionable intellectual honesty. Why not frankly state that there are limits dictated by chronological age (understandable and justifiable) for each position, instead of dismissing the candidate with a cold email "We are no longer hiring for this
Two 45-minute interviews were conducted on the same day, with a 15-minute break in between. Both interviews were technical. Some behavioral questions were asked, but the focus was primarily technical.
I am glad to share my hiring/interview process with you all. First of all, the Salesforce hiring process is a well-aligned, systematic procedure. In my experience, I have never seen such a smooth interview process before. From the start to the comp
