People will backstab you without a question. Reorgs are constant, and there's no choice of where you work or who your boss is. They preach "Ohana" and family, but if I had family that treated me like this, I would not consider them family.
You have zero input unless you suck up or are senior management. Your opinion will not matter, no matter what.
SCRUM LOL. They don't even know what the word is, or even Agile for that matter. It's so stupid.
Stop patting yourself on the back and do something. So, so, so, so many managers just do nothing.
