A company with a heart & a soul
Fantastic culture - The whole idea of being more than just a money machine is baked into the company's DNA.
Great people - So far, I have not encountered any internal politics or come across anyone that wasn't keen to help.
Customer focus - It's great to have customers that love the product, and this comes from the company's focus on their customers.
Technology - The products work, as does the platform. And it's not for nothing Salesforce is Forbes' most innovative company of the decade.
Employees are valued - Lots of companies say they value their employees, but I've never felt it the same way I have at Salesforce.
Hard to think of any. It would be nice for the team to get together more as we're all working on different projects, but that's about it.
