Pros
  1. Onsite chances, especially to South Korea.
  2. Can get a nice salary, if you are a workaholic.
  3. Big brands give lots of benefits in further job switches.
Cons
  1. Average hike, if you are an average worker. Average means 10-12 hours of work during project releases and 9 hours daily.

  2. Works mainly on C++ and very little automation.

  3. New management is changing policies in a very bad way, which is not at all beneficial to employees.

Advice to Management
  1. Feasibility study and proper resource planning before product releases.
  2. Employees should be given task ownership.
  3. Salary structure and facilities were better before new management came into action.
