But there is a very small market share to vie for, and the competition is hectic. This makes the work-life balance awry.
In India, I worked for Samsung, and I found quite a number of glorified managers who were not hands-on and had no knowledge of how to run an Agile mobile development platform. Samsung needs better managers.
