No proper process was followed. The interviewer will call candidates and schedule interviews himself. He will also ask for your CTC and expected CTC. There was no HR involvement. The interviewer had the same years of experience and expected candidates to know commands and syntax by heart.

Very basic Selenium questions on window handles, reading data from Excel, a program to get the sum of even numbers up to n, and reversing a string.

The interviewer won't give you time to remember the syntax; they expect you to write it in the first go, otherwise, they'll switch to the next question.
