Each round was an elimination round.
Coding was of a moderate level. The experience was good. The interviewer was good. It was not a boring interview; she was very friendly and never put me under pressure.
Questions
some puzzles, DS, and on my projects.
They gave us two questions which we had to write on a sheet within 10 minutes with proper syntax. On the basis of our logic, they would continue our interview, else they would reject us.
Lot of questions on my resume, like why my percentage was less in 12th than in 10th.

Pros: Good work-life balance - quite a relaxed atmosphere.
Free food.
Cons: Processes suck. It is still not clear how the work is distributed, what are the priorities, or what I should be working on right now when there are five different tasks/bug reports coming from five different sources.
I don't understand what the managers are here for. My manager does not know what I am doing. I think he just stays here since the late 80s, waiting to get retired.
What do I need to get promoted? This is not transparent and is subjective.
Our product sucks, and people don't believe there is going to be a tomorrow.
When I was about to start my job at SAP, I was reading all these positive reviews and "Great place to work" reports. One thing that catches the eye from day one is the facilities. The headquarters buildings are old and look like an average university inside, as opposed to all these new and shiny IT companies. Sometimes I get a feeling SAP is stuck in the 90s. And again, facilities - why is there almost no one clearing the office? They vacuum probably once a week or month.

Pros: Work-life balance is maintained.
You get time to build your product.
The company is stable, and release cycles have good time gaps. This helps to understand the requirements and then develop the product.
Everything is transparent.
Managers are supportive.
Team mates are also very supportive.
Cons: Salary is not as per industry standard.
No stocks given at time of joining.
