Pros

Good work-life balance. Employee-friendly HR policies. Nice workplace with a beautiful campus and great facilities. Competitive salary and perks.

Cons

Work is mediocre, and a major part of the employees are not having enough work. The company is always behind in adopting new technology, and streams are so limited, offering less opportunity to improve your skills.

It's a good company for consultant-attitude people, not for developers and innovative individuals, as your ideas will be shut down by higher management. They don't have vision and judgment skills.

Promotion doesn't depend on your skills; it depends on the number of years spent and ease with your manager.

Advice to Management

Focus on innovation as complete, not only innovation around the enterprise and existing products.
