The company is great but can't get its "startup" spirit back again
Work stability and legislation compliance. Pretty good benefits. Awesome flexibility and work-life balance. Great office. Open dialogue between employee levels.
A part of workers have lost their motivation and don't want to learn new topics. This is a road to hell in software development, where it's not enough to be brilliant in 20-30 year old technology.
"Corporate overhead" seems a bit too high.
Pay attention to how aware of modern technology trends people are while hiring. They must be interested in industry outside of the job, otherwise they will be an anchor when we try to change something in our technological stack.
