The interview process for hiring a Software Engineer at SAP Walldorf was multi-step. I was screened, followed by two technical interviews to assess problem-solving and coding skills, and an interview about system design and teamwork.
As usual, slowness of the German recruiter system. They are both ultimately effective and slow. Meetings are well organized, but I don't know why they are really slow to create a meeting when it comes to do actual work.
