It took me two weeks to get hired. First, I had a phone interview. After three days, I was asked to go for a technical written exam at their office. Following that, I had a two-hour on-site, face-to-face technical interview.

Interview over Skype with a senior developer and an HR person. They asked us questions on understanding code quality, algorithms, and data structures. Overall, it should be doable for college or university students.
