SAP was once a great company with a great culture, ethics, and empathy toward employees.
- The board has become greedy. They fired high-performing employees because they are expensive/making more and are moving roles to low-cost regions.
- No ethics. They said restructuring and would place redundant employees in other roles, but nothing was offered.
- There's a lot of disturbance, and employees couldn't focus on work due to constant changes and a lack of confidence in the board.
Please take good care of your employees, and they'll take care of your business.
