A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an initial chat with the recruiter to discuss my background and potential fit. I did a technical phone screen with a senior engineer, and I met with the hiring manager to discuss my past work and projects and some behavioral questions. The final loop covered a variety of mostly technical topics as well as some behavioral ones.

Pros: Lots of growth. Company does everything quickly like growing. I have a lot of responsibility and I think most people do too. Great impact. Really smart but also nice coworkers. No bs culture. People are intellectually honest. People work very hard (I work around 50 hours a week) but it is easy to work from home or take time off if I need to. Really nice office, great food and benefits.

Cons: Typical engineering pains for a high growth company. Some people overreact or are too emotional. For a lot of people here, Scale is their first job.
