Engineer Interview Experience - Washington, District of Columbia

Process

The interview process was long, chaotic, and unclear. I applied through their website. Within a few days, I received a very short email from the recruiter asking for dates/times for a screen. I provided several over the course of the next week, after which I heard nothing for nearly two weeks.

Then the recruiter called me out of the blue. Luckily, I had some free time, so I proceeded with the phone screen. I repeated this same process verbatim (with longer gaps from time request to interviews) for three other interviews. Then, I was ghosted for nearly a month.

These guys are jokers, and you should find a more reliable employer. If they were serious about finding people, they'd have more respect for their candidates.

Questions

Nothing relevant. The interviews were all the interviewer complaining about problems they were encountering and very little related to the position.
