Process
The process took over a month. There were too many rounds and too many hands in the pot. There was no way to know what disqualified me, as everything was good until the final round with a leader who I wouldn't even work with directly and who was kind of rude. After a month of giving my time, I received a rejection two days later. The recruiter stated they'd like to stay in touch and then ghosted me. I probably dodged a bullet.
