Pros: Hard work and a very busy work day. Tons to learn.

Cons: Many who have floated over from legacy tech companies in senior manager, VP roles—who have no vision, and are clearly here just for stock (their words) that they couldn’t get elsewhere because of poor skills, with no interest in their responsibility beyond the short term—lead to very poor judgment and management.

Pros: Working at Scale has been a really amazing experience for me—my roommates have specifically commented on how much happier I've been since I started working here. The company culture is amazing (everyone who works here is awesome!), so I actually look forward to coming in to work. I also really believe in what we're doing and think we can truly change the course of technology and AI over the coming years. Great benefits too, including a free gym membership.

Cons: There is a lot to do, and we need to keep hiring.

Pros: Good growth opportunities and a good amount of equity

Cons: Bad work-life balance; constant change in middle management.
