The people here are great. They are the smartest people I've ever worked with, but also low ego and have no problem laughing at themselves. I learn something new every day. Even when we don't agree, we discuss our differences and move forward. Everyone's super motivated to help each other and do a great job.
Very informative all hands where the CEO actually makes us ask tough questions and answers them. It feels very transparent. The business seems to be doing great, and he's always talking about hiring.

Clear expectations, thoughtful questions, and a collaborative tone. It covered system design, coding, and behavioral rounds. Interviewers were sharp but kind. It ultimately wasn't the right fit, or I would have taken it.
