Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, India
Process
They had scheduled interviews in a hotel in Pune. It was a one-day process.
There were two technical rounds followed by a managerial round. The managerial round was a formal type of discussion.
I had cleared both technical rounds, and it was almost late when I was called for the managerial round. Then the manager asked some informal questions and said the recruitment team had to get back to their city, so they were in a hurry.
The normal dialogue was, "The HR will keep you posted."
I would suggest at least the HR should tell the details. I had followed up with them for almost a week. The HR said he still didn't get any feedback. How would it be possible? Even I told him, 'Please let me know the details, doesn't matter what it was, but the same.'
It was a waste of one day. I could realize they don't have that many requirements and were just passing the time.
Dear ServiceNow, please tell the candidates clearly about the feedback.
