I took an online test, after which I received a call for an in-person interview. I completed three technical in-person interviews. Two days later, the recruiter called and scheduled a cross-functional video interview, which I also cleared. Subsequently, the recruiter contacted me to inform me that I had cleared all rounds and requested my documents to generate an offer. Until this point, the recruiter was professional and responded promptly. After I sent my documents, I heard nothing further. I followed up, and then he stated that a manager wished to conduct one more in-person round. I requested a video call, but he insisted on an in-person meeting, adding that salary discussions would also occur that day. I attended the in-person interview and then called him. He informed me he was in a meeting.

How can a professional HR representative or recruiter say this? I invested four hours to travel and attend the interview, but he did not have two minutes to meet. He mentioned he would call me after the meeting to discuss further steps, but I have yet to hear from him.

Just a suggestion to ServiceNow: Please train your recruiters to share feedback and a clear picture with candidates. Such recruiters create a negative impact on the company's brand.
