They gave one week to finish the offline test. I worked hard the whole week to complete the exercise, which compromised my personal time.

I did well in all the rounds but didn't hear back from them. After I followed up, they said they had offered the position to someone else (perhaps with a lower package), and that person had accepted. If you have already made an offer and are awaiting acceptance, what's the point in calling me for an interview? You should wait until that candidate accepts or rejects before scheduling others. It's very disappointing that I wasted almost two weeks of my personal time undergoing the interview process with ServiceNow.

Also, since they have newly started in Hyderabad, don't expect to work with great people who might enhance your skills. I don't believe they have any exceptionally talented individuals here in Hyderabad.
