It was five rounds in total.

All were technical discussions, mostly algorithms, data structures, and JavaScript questions.

The interview process was good. After all the rounds, the so-called great company never bothered to reply to my emails nor cared to communicate the outcome.

Algorithms, data structures, and JavaScript questions. Mostly on LinkedLists, Arrays, and Priority Queues.

Pros: The company seems to actively strive to manage work-life balance for its employees, giving occasional "Wellness Days" off in order to help them unwind. The software is fully featured enough to allow developers to execute on the vision of a "low-code" development environment without feeling unduly hampered in their ability to develop and implement their desired projects.

Cons: The "low code" environment espoused by the company and software is very different from the typical IDE-based development that software engineers might be used to. It definitely takes getting used to the Now Platform-oriented development that ServiceNow encourages if you're more focused on lower-level development. It's not immediately clear how much of that Now Platform-specific development skill will carry over into other software engineering positions.
