Pros: * Flexible work hours * Great management * Employee friendly * Nice PTO policy

Cons: Lot of internal tools/processes - takes a lot of time to code.

Pros: I have never worked at a company as incredible as ServiceNow! My onboarding experience was a work of art: well-organized, with no issues at all. I was assigned an onboarding partner whom I meet with weekly. Nothing gets done from a work perspective without the team all pitching in. I have never worked for a company where I wasn't the only person driving strategy for my clients. When the term "winning as a team" is mentioned, it is spot on accurate. I love this place!

Cons: There are zero highlights to illustrate as a con.

Pros: I’ve been at ServiceNow for 4 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best companies I’ve worked for in terms of vision, leadership, and execution. What stands out the most is how clearly the executive team articulates the company’s direction. Whether it’s product strategy, marketing, or customer outreach, everything feels intentional, well-aligned, and future-focused. The culture is empowering. Engineers are trusted with ownership and given the autonomy to make meaningful decisions, and you feel the impact of your work. There’s a strong emphasis on innovation without losing sight of customer needs. Cross-functional collaboration is smooth, and people genuinely care about building high-quality, scalable solutions. The marketing and go-to-market teams are also top-notch — they position the company in a way that makes you proud to be part of it. You see the brand’s presence and influence grow every quarter, and it’s exciting to contribute to a platform that’s becoming the standard for enterprise workflows. * Visionary leadership with clear goals and excellent execution * Strong engineering culture with ownership, autonomy, and growth opportunities * Excellent marketing and product positioning — makes you proud to represent the company * Collaborative teams, minimal politics, and respectful work environment * Healthy work-life balance and great remote/hybrid flexibility * Rapidly growing company with a lot of internal mobility * Solid compensation and benefits

Cons: Very few—maybe some growing pains as teams scale, but leadership is proactive about it.
