I have never worked at a company as incredible as ServiceNow! My onboarding experience was a work of art: well-organized, with no issues at all. I was assigned an onboarding partner whom I meet with weekly.
Nothing gets done from a work perspective without the team all pitching in. I have never worked for a company where I wasn't the only person driving strategy for my clients. When the term "winning as a team" is mentioned, it is spot on accurate. I love this place!
There are zero highlights to illustrate as a con.
