Pros: ServiceNow has a great work culture and provides work-life balance. The policies and values are designed in an employee-friendly way. Management knows exactly what it's doing and provides a clear vision of the future as well. It provides growth plans for employees and helps them in achieving them.
Cons: No home pickup transport facility for employees, but available till the nearest metro station.
