Product focused. Despite being a huge corporation, in our team, I feel like we're in a family. We keep a startup mindset when solving issues. Wellbeing is taken very seriously, in a positive manner.
Honestly, I do not see any major problems.
Though some organizational change may be inevitable in a growing company, I would keep it to a minimum, as each disruption introduces delays.
