Pros: As a developer intern, I had the chance to make a significant impact on my team and the project I was assigned to. I was set up, on-boarded, and ready to start coding in less than a week. There were numerous opportunities and initiatives to not only work but to learn new skills relevant to my field and to read up on new technologies. There was constant and frequent feedback on how to improve and foster personal growth. Also, everyone is super friendly here, and the company tries to promote a very transparent environment. Overall, it was a great experience working here, and the company is only getting better and larger!

Cons: You need to take initiative and proactively ask for context on relevant areas if you want to keep productive and unblocked. This is both a pro and a con because there is strong cross-team collaboration, but also a lot of built-in understanding required before one can fully grasp how their feature contributes to the overall product.

Cons: - Horrible executives. - Weird culture that gaslights employees into believing the founder is some sort of genius.
