I was invited to the final interview stage and never heard anything back. I followed up several times and never received a reply.

I suppose they are implementing some sort of hiring freeze or changed priorities, which is fine.

However, it is pretty poor form to stop replying to a candidate in the application pipeline.

Recruiter call: Basic experience & expectations matching.

Programming call: Simple coding exercise to demonstrate you can code (not LeetCode).

Life Story Interview: A conversation-style interview asking about experiences, values, what you've learned, and how you've gotten to your current position.
