Process
I had three interviews.
The first was a "tell us your story" interview, which was more of an informal chat about my history.
The following two interviews were more technical, focusing on personal projects I've worked on and problem-solving. I showed some code and was quizzed on programming logic.
They mostly look for people with potential for this role, not necessarily current knowledge. They want someone who is passionate about what they do and can learn fast.
