Pros: Great people, smart, everyone is approaching and welcoming. At the individual contributor level, there is less politics, and depending on the team, things are very challenging in a fun way. You'll never get bored (also depending on the team).

Cons: Leadership can push hard for features and not prioritize building for the long term, while putting dev health in jeopardy (overworking on deadlines). But I guess that’s kind of normal. What do you expect different from a SaaS company?

Pros: Great people, smart, everyone is approaching and welcoming. At the individual contributor level, there is less politics, and depending on the team, things are very challenging in a fun way. You'll never get bored (also depending on the team).

Cons: Leadership can push hard for features and not prioritize building for the long term, while putting dev health in jeopardy (overworking on deadlines). But I guess that’s kind of normal. What do you expect different from a SaaS company?
