Half-hour intro interview with an engineering manager. This went fine; it was a good conversation.
Forty-minute coding interview with an engineer or tech lead. I'm terrible at algorithm challenges, but this one was really easy.
Hour-long "Life Story" interview. I basically walked through my professional career. Apparently, my life story was unacceptable to them. I have no clue what they judged me on, but a few days after this interview, they said I'm out.
Overall, it was a pretty positive interview process. I just think it's really lousy to be judged on some secret, totally subjective criteria after having to put on a performance like that. Am I supposed to be an engineer or a dancing monkey?

So, word to the wise: if you're coming in, stand your ground on your level, because you're not getting some magic upgrade when you get into the company.
