Pros: An old, trusted company with a variety of business sectors. Plenty of room to try on different roles and grow within a sector. Opportunity to work for different sectors too. Possibility of getting an opportunity to travel to Germany for training and work.
I had wonderful subordinates and a GM, all of whom helped when needed.
Cons: Although you see so many opportunities, it all boils down to the place of work – the factory in which you are working, your manager.
I felt left out and not needed.
A lot of work, more than the regular working hours for most of the time, for most of the people.
