Work environment. Possibility to do a Trainee program if you have a Junior position in the company, with promotion to Mid-level after one year. Possibility to move to other countries. High investment in training.
The company is 170 years old, so in some areas it still needs to evolve, especially concerning work methodologies and demystification, in addition to losing its Eurocentric bias.
